Timothy Martin Snyder, of Masury, Ohio, passed from this life to the next on April 9, 2024, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Tim was born on January 7, 1955, a son to Arthur K. and Margaret “Peggy” (McDowell) Snyder.

He served as an altar boy at the former St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Masury. He was a 1973 graduate of Brookfield High School and a 1977 graduate of Miami University (Ohio).

He served briefly as a professor at Kentucky Wesleyan College before returning home. He worked in a number of positions locally, including as a security officer at Buhl Park and Nick Strimbu Incorporated Trucking.

In his spare time, Tim enjoyed playing darts, cookouts with family, and spending time with his grandchildren, who felt he was the greatest papa ever.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his sister, Lisa Grachanin.

Survivors include: nephew, Anthony Grachanin, Jr.; stepchildren, Allen J., Tabitha L., & Anthony C. Everhart, and Kasey A. Swartz; as well as nine step-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, beginning at 11:00 AM, in the home of Briceland Funeral Service, located at 379 State Route 7, SE, Brookfield, Ohio 44403.
