Tiffany Jones-Hackett

March 3, 1975 — November 21, 2016

Tiffany Lee Laviour Jones-Hackett, of Brookfield, Ohio, found peace on Monday, November 21, 2016, while under the care of St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, Ohio, following a sudden illness. She was 41.

Tiffany was born March 3, 1975, in Farrell, Pennsylvania, a daughter to Terry Lee & Lou Ann (Hume) Jones.

She graduated in 1994 from Brookfield High School where she participated in the marching band and furthered her education at the University of Toledo, where she studied Special Education. While at Toledo, she also was a member of the “Flag Line Flashers” and was a proud alumni as well.

Her occupations were many but most recently she worked at Geneva Marina, Geneva, Ohio.

In her spare time, she enjoyed collecting beach glass, making jewelry with her daughter, rollerblading, boating, and reading. However, her favorite pastime was being a mother.

Survivors include: her mother, Lou Ann; her husband, Gregory Hackett, whom she married in June of 2003; her daughter, Katelyn Tarri Ann Hackett; her Aunt Cindy; and her many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.

In accordance to the family’s wishes, arrangements will remain private.
