Tammy Sue Thompson

Tammy Sue Thompson, of Campbell, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, following a sudden illness. She was 50.

Tammy was born August 2, 1975, in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, a daughter to Roger L. & Sandra L. (Wardman) McCoy.

She graduated in 1993 from West Middlesex High School.

Tammy was a respected manager for the McDonald’s Corporation, who dedicated over 20 years to the company. She worked at many of the Mickey D’s throughout the valley and may be best remembered at the Campbell location.

In her spare time, Tammy enjoyed prospecting for gold with the Gold Prospecting Club in Belview, Pennsylvania. In addition, she liked to go camping, kayaking, and fishing. Her favorite places to eat were Golden Corral & Dunkin'. However, spending time with her family is what she loved the most.

Mourning her loss are: her children, Sara McCoy, of Sharon, Pennsylvania, Michael Thompson, of Transfer, Pennsylvania, Samantha Thompson, of Sharon, Jennifer Thompson, of Masury, Ohio, William Thompson, and Ethan Thompson, both of Sharon; grandchildren, Ja'Leal, Khyrie, Kingston, Philip, Leonidas, & Theo; siblings, Glen Bennefield, of Grove City, Pennsylvania, Richard Bennefield, of Utica, Pennsylvania, Patricia Hosey, of Sharon, Michelle Ramirez, of Boardman, Ohio, Tony Gion & Todd Wardman, both of Columbus, Ohio, Rebecca Wardman, of Boardman, Joshua Santell, of Sharon, William McCoy, of Brookfield, Ohio, and Shena Fitzgerald; a host of nieces & nephews; and special friend, Shawn Bucciarelli.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Russell Jack Victor, Jr.; granddaughter, Lydia Grace Durman; & sister, Judith McCoy.

In accordance to her wishes, private arrangements were held. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
