Robert “Bob” Fleetwood Bowker, of Hubbard, Ohio, peacefully passed away during the early morning hours on Monday, April 20, 2026, while a patient at O’Brien’s Memorial Health Care Center, Masury, Ohio, following a period of declining health. He was 88.

Robert was born on January 7, 1938, in Warren, Ohio, a son to Fleetwood Kemp Bowker & Florence Anna (Butler) Bowker.

He graduated from Niles McKinley High School in 1956 and worked in the maintenance department at General Electric, Niles plant, for 38 years before retiring.

Bob loved to sing and had an outstanding voice. He may be remembered for sharing his talent with the former First Presbyterian Church, Niles.

In his spare time, he enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, boating, shooting, and of course, singing.

Survivors include: his wife, Catherine Mary (Lambert) Bowker, whom he married June 14, 1993; Duane E. Bowker (Julie), of Atwater, Ohio, and Jeff Miller (Faith), of Niles, Ohio; grandchildren, Robert Bowker (Rachel), Tabbatha Stano (John), Ben Bowker, Ashley Gordon (Kyle), and Sarah Bowker; brother, Donald Bowker (Ann), of Mantua, Ohio; and many great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frieda; son, Daryl R. Bowker; and granddaughter, Raven Winter.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on Thursday, May 7, 2026, beginning at 12:00 PM, in the Orangeville Baptist Church, 7600 Orangeville Road, Sharpsville, Pennsylvania 16150.
