MarySue Peltz, of Niles, Ohio, received the ultimate healing Tuesday, August 23, 2022, while a patient in Addison Health Care Center, Masury, Ohio, following a period of declining health. She was 75.
MarySue was born January 24, 1947, in Franklin Pennsylvania, a daughter to William L. & Garnet (Golden) Froman.
A 1964 graduate from Wilmington Area High School, she worked as a secretary for over 25 years with Hawley Landscaping in Vienna, Ohio, before she retired.
She was a member of the New Life Christian Fellowship Church, Girard, Ohio, and was previously active with the Puppet Ministry, at both Vienna Assembly of God, as well as at the Victory Christian Center.
MarySue was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will truly be missed by those who knew and loved her.
In her spare time, she enjoyed making ceramics, designing floral arrangements, playing cards with her family, going to Bingo with her friends at Edison Place, and crafting with plastic canvas. In addition, she loved watching the Cleveland Indians. Furthermore, she was known for her contagious smile & laugh, being a sweetheart to everyone, and always welcoming everyone into her home. However, spending time with her family is what filled her heart.
Survivors include: her daughter, Christina “Tina” M. Hall, of Brookfield, Ohio; her granddaughters, Veronica (Andrew) Hall-Calhoun, Makenzie (Britney) Hall, and Brittany (Bobby) Beese; her great-granddaughters, Peyton, Camilla, & Emiliana; her sister, EllaJean (Dahl) Eppinger, of Edinburg, Pennsylvania; her extended family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stephen P. Peltz, whom she married November 27, 1970, he passed September 12, 2005; and son-in-law, David C. Hall.
A time of gathering to honor MarySue will be held from 2-3 PM on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the New Life Christian Fellowship Church, located at 2088 Tibbetts-Wick Rd., Girard, Ohio 44420. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Pineview Memorial Park, Warren, Ohio.
