Edward Fabick

March 20, 1927 — April 23, 2019

Edward David Fabick, of Warren, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2019, at Community Skilled Health Care Center, Warren, following a brief illness. He was 92.

Ed was born on March 20, 1927, at home in Brookfield, Ohio, a son to John and Anna (Ondich) Fabick.

He was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army and had worked as a Roll Grinder for Sharon Steel before retiring after 43 ½ years of service to the company.

He was a member of Jerusalem Lodge #19 F & AM, Hartford, Ohio, proudly for 60 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed watching NASCAR, modern square dancing in Sharon, Brookfield, Warren, & Niles, and spending time with the folks of SCOPE.

His survivors include: daughters, Kathleen Pedas (George), South Pymatuning, Pennsylvania, and Connie States (Ronald), Hartford; grandchildren, Ron States, Tricia Cotten (Taylor), Christina Lynch (Kevin), & Stephanie Pedas; great-granddaughter, Jill Cotten; siblings, F. Raymond Fabick (Martha), Cortland, Ohio, Lillian Zreliak (Andrew), Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, and Margaret Boyle, Girard, Ohio; and many nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella M. (Davis) Fabick, whom he married on August 29, 1948, she died on December 4, 1975; and his brothers, Donald, Paul, George, Samuel, Norman, & John Fabick.

In accordance to his wishes, private services for his family will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest next to his wife in the Hartford Township Cemetery.
