Doyle E. Platt

Doyle E. Platt, of Warren, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, while at home following a period of declining health. He was 51.

Doyle was born August 28, 1974, in Warren, a son to Julia E. (Mahood) Platt.

He grew up in Niles, Ohio, and had worked as a self-employed handyman until his health no longer permitted him.

In his spare time, he enjoyed tinkering on cars and going to the casino. However, he liked spending time with his family and friends the most.

Mourning his loss are his wife, Rebecca Sue (Miller) Platt, whom he married August 14, 2010; children, Brittany Taylor, of Niles, Kollin Miller, of Warren, Breanna Platt, of Niles, and Gabriella Platt, of Warren; sisters, Michelle Moskal (Greg), and Violet Lynn Platt, both of Niles; in-laws, Kenneth & Phyllis Miller, of Newton Falls, Ohio, and Anthony & Trasa Hoskin, of Girard, Ohio; nieces, Natalie (David), Kristal, and Zoe; nephew, Zane, all of Girard; along with extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Jonathon "JT" Taylor.

A celebration of life service will be planned and announced for a later date.
