David A. Clark, of Masury, Ohio, entered eternal rest on Friday, September 11, 2026, while a patient at O’Brien’s Memorial Health Care Center, following a brief illness. He was 60.

David was born November 1, 1965, in Warren, Ohio, a son to Leroy & Patricia Anne (Jenkins) Clark.

He was very proud to be an active member of Fairhaven Sheltered Workshops and the First Community Church of Leavittsburg.

In his spare time, Dave enjoyed snow skiing, bowling, fishing, and boating. Additionally, he loved participating in the Special Olympics & Boy Scouts. He especially looked forward to his summer trips to Canada with family. Furthermore, he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia, of Lordstown, Ohio; a brother, Bill L. Clark (Holly), of Warren; and his nieces, Sarah Picray & Kathrine Bronson.

His father and a brother, Robert Clark, preceded him in death.

No services will be held at this time.

As suggested by his family, memorial contributions can be made to the Special Olympics in your area (or) American Cancer Society for research.
