Clifford Reed

Clifford W. Reed, of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly at 1:21 pm Sunday, April 30, 2017, while at home following a cardiac arrest. He was 58.

Cliff was born on September 7, 1958, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, a son to Clifford H. & Loretta S. (Haun) Reed.

He was a free spirit, more like a gypsy at times, traveling from place to place. He was a talented tattoo artist who created many one of kind renditions throughout his career.

In his spare time, he enjoyed motorcycles, cooking outside on the grill, and drinking beer.

He is survived by: his fiancée, Betty “Betty-Boop” Kasner, with whom he lived; his children, Clifford Reed, Sharon, Dwayne "Beaner" Reed, Sharon, William Reed, Wheatland, Pennsylvania, and Beth A. Blair, Sharon; his eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and his siblings, Ronald Reed, Chino, California, Richard Reed, Erie, Pennsylvania, Marty Reed, Erie, John Reed, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Rocky Reed, Greenville, Pennsylvania, Pam Germadnik, Masury, Ohio, Rebecca Cornell, Wheatland, Loretta Harthan, Panama City, Florida, Judy Reed, New Castle, Pennsylvania, Claira Dawson, Sharon, Rachael Reed, Sharon, and Katherine Stevenson, New Castle.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and by his sister, Patricia Lynn Reed.

A memorial time of gathering to honor Cliff will be held from 2-4 PM Saturday, May 6, 2017 in the home of Briceland Funeral Service, LLC, located on the historic village green at 379 State Route 7, SE, Brookfield, Ohio 44403.

As suggested by his family, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home.
