Cassandra "San" Renee Pacheco

Cassandra “San” Renee Pacheco, of Farrell, Pennsylvania, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, following a brief illness. She was 61.

Cassandra was born July 2, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter to Herman Johnson & Annie Belle Lewis.

She worked at Howell Industries, as well as Roemer Industries, both in Masury, Ohio. In addition, she was a former nurse’s aide.

“San” was a member of the Temple of Praise Church of God in Christ, Sharon, Pennsylvania. Furthermore, she was proud to become an ordained minister when she attended First Baptist Church.

In her spare time, she enjoyed singing, dancing, joking, talking, and being the life of the party. She had a zest for life and a heart of gold. She will be truly missed.

Her last deed was of herself, being an organ donor to help those in need.

Survivors include: her mother, Annie Belle Hughes, of Farrell; daughter, Cominique Parchman-Bryant (Lamont), of Sharon; grandchildren, Brionna Parchman, Carmone Parchman, Jr., Jermaine Cornelius, and Gerrell Malloy; great-granddaughter, Elliona Parchman; sisters, Debbie Harris (Larry), of Farmington Hills, Michigan, and Tara Lewis, of Hermitage, Pennsylvania; sister-friend, Apostle Jennifer L. Campbell; close friend, Elonda Hosey; childhood friends, Ethel Randall & Carrie Scott; and her extended family including aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father; step-father, Samuel "Sam" Hughes; grandparents, Henry & Mamie Lewis; and son, Carmone Parchman, Sr.

A time of gathering for Cassandra will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 10-11 AM, at the First Baptist Church, 1120 Darr Avenue, Farrell, Pennsylvania 16121. Her celebration continues with a Home Going Service at 11:00 AM, also in the church, officiated by Bishop Melvin T. Baker.
